• If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Egypt Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Blue Shell storehouse. We'll even pay for the shipping if you live in an area where there is no storehouse. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

Blue Shell can deliver to anywhere within the Egypt. • Sports goods – 3 to 7 days on stocked items.
• Fitness equipment – 7 days stock items, Non Stocked (Special Order) varies according to the production period or obtain it.
• Made To Order, due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.
• All estimates are based on business days unless otherwise stated.
• 90% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business day.
• Delivery times for rural areas may vary depending on routes and availability.

Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in storehouse and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the pickup in storehouse option and head to your nearest Blue Shell storehouse to pick up your order.

• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”. 
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
